Frost Birch

I started playing D&D again after a 30-year lull. I played when AD&D came out in the '70s and spent many a long weekend lost in other worlds until sleep deprivation and real food called me back to the real world. Sadly life has a way of separating you from things you love.

Back then the game was evolving faster than we could keep up and when version 2 or second edition came out our group disbanded as we were off to university in different cities and life pulled us all in different directions. I was not impressed with second edition AD&D and even less the 3rd edition, so it faded from my daily life.

Then along came 5e or fifth edition D&D. Finally, the game we always wanted was out so we could play. I've been sucked back into that world again like I never left...
