Philips Wouwerman (1619 -1668) was a Dutch painter who specialized in hunting, landscape and battle scenes. The original version of 'The White Horse' is in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
Prints of this painting are unlikely to be of high value. There are many in circulation, and their appeal depends on the quality of the framing, and on the overall condition. However, a good quality hand painted oil copy in a nice frame may do somewhat better. There is an example in the results pages of Liveauctioneers.com website which sold for US $600 in 2018.
