Artnet.com has two images of paintings by Johann Reisinger both dated in the mid 1800s. Bidtoart.com has an image of a painting also attributed to someone of the same name, but not, I suspect, by the same artist. Unfortunately I am not a subscriber on either site, so I don't have access to price results.
It may well be that your painting is the work of someone with limited output whose work has passed through auctions in insufficient numbers to become a so-called 'listed' artist. Alternatively, you may have a work by an artist who lived in a country where artworks have remained in local collections, and have not reached the world-wide art market. You may well have better luck on German/Austrian/East European websites. Alternatively you could try sending an email inquiry with photographs to one of the more prestigious auction houses where they may have specialists in European art on the staff.
